Bug Description

I submit that Jeroen is falsely installed as a Top 5 Ubuntu contributer, having stolen translation Karma from the rightful owners.

Perhaps a fixed score for uploads rather than karma for all the contained translations?

I understand the linkage might need to remain in place for licensing reasons (who is responsible for this translation ending up in Launchpad).

This includes both me ("danilo", I am number 6 contributor :) and Carlos. We get assigned karma for doing uploads when there is no Last-Translator set in PO files. We do uploads to fix problems in Ubuntu packages when Ubuntu guys can't rebuild packages (for whatever reasons). We should also unset us from being marked as translators on such translation messages.

Carlos reported a separate bug about his own "contributions", but we should fix it all at the same time. We'll try to find it later on.

Bug 337645 shows another example of this, but with someone who has no special Launchpad powers.
