impossible to delete a mp3 from library

3) What you expected to happen
In my mp3 list in library i use the right click and "mettre à la corbeille", put in trash in english i presume.
i want to delete the mp3 from my library AND from my disk

4) What happened instead
i have a one way icon in first column. The mp3 is not deleted in library nor on disk
When i click on the red icon i read the message "Erreur de lecture : Impossible de trouver ou créer le répertoire de la corbeille". English : impossible to find or create trash directory

one important point, my library directory is on a windows directory in NTFS mounted when ubuntu start

could you get a rhythmbox log by executing rhythmbox --debug &> rhythmbox-debug.txt perform the operation and attach the file to the report? thanks in advance.
