Bug Description

1) Install loggerhead
2) Configure
3) Try to start it :
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/start-loggerhead", line 26, in <module>
    from configobj import ConfigObj

the loggerhead package should depends on python-configobj.

It currently should, but I think fixing bug #305986 is actually a better idea.
