Default configuration should disable "include cursor"

Bug Description
Good default is path to good usability.
Currently, GScrot comes with "include cursor" as "activate" but in real life, most of screen capturing tasks are not included with the cursor. Changing this default configuration will save time and effort of diging in Preferences to disable it.
The one who still want cursor in his/her screenshot can enable it by themself.
