Difficult to delete webdav calendars in evolution

Bug Description

Evolution allows me to create new calendars and feeds from web calendars including a special google type and standard caldev://

However, it isn't clear how to delete to delete the very first calendar that was created when I setup the application. (By contrast, deleting email accounts is straight forward)

I am unable to delete the webdav:// calendar I created to my google calendar. (admittedly I set this up likelly incorrectly by following google's instructions to connect sunbird to google calenar with webdav)

On my second attempt I connected to my google calendar using the special google type connection in the wizard and that seemed to work.

Feature Request/But is:
I can't seem to get rid of the non-working caldev: calendar

Related Problem/Bug:
Evolution appears to be almost nonresponsive on startup for several minutes due to something with the remote calendars(guessing?)

My intention to cure the performance of evolution delete all calendars and to start from a clean slate.

aptitude purge evolution && aptitude install evolution didn't empty my calendars nor did "rm -vir ~/.evolution"

Please Help!... Evolution is so slow I haven't been able to even try it yet.

Thanks
