build logs should have search interface

https://launchpad.net/+builds should have a report generator style of search interface. It should be possible to search by (and group by) at least:

- architecture
- build status (failed, successful, etc)
- uploader
- maintainer
- component in distribution (main, restricted)
- distribution (Ubuntu)
- distrorelease (dapper)
- Whether the build has been superseded or not, that is, does there exist a newer version of the same package in the same distrorelease which has reached a "final build stage": fail, success
- package name

Right, I really inderstand the information contained in this "report" would be a very nice image, but I also think that the way we can do it, nowadays, via web interface, would bleed your eyes (like bugzilla does).
 Anyway it is my personal oppinion, I like the information you have mentioned and like the idea to have them together, however I wonder if we can embedd something like that in the "distribution packages pages" or even in "personal page".
Maybe mpt can think about it.

Tollef, are you talking about https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+builds or about the page for builders (which is what you specified in your original report)? I'm curious because you currently can already search builds by build status and package name, which would knock off two items of your list.

ISTM you're suggesting a more global search -- cross-distribution, even? Do you have a use case for that right now?

It don't think there is enough motivation for investing time in a multi-distribution build search, at least not until we start building other distributions.

Also, if we interested in sources inter-relationships, like "this source also built in in debian and Celso's PPA" the DSP page is a better place to explore them, where the scope is narrower.
