no sound usb speakers+mp3 player

Binary package hint: system-tools-backends

What I do, I get not any sound of my usb speakers.
I have Gnome Alsa mixer, but it did not starting up, then i have default sound card, but it didn't work at all.

Everything i do, it won help.
I work with 8.10 and 8.04 LTS.

Also my usb mp3 player works not okee. It load but thats all. My pc don't see the mp3 player so i can't put music on it.

I have tried to solve this two problems for a week, but i did't solved.
