I disagree. I'm not going to file an ITP tomorrow, but (a) getting into Debian will be a major boost to our availability for users, and (b) the work on LP 305673, making Invirt reasonably installable, is both crucial to Invirt's success and the only major development that needs to be done before an ITP is a good idea. So this is a bug to keep in mind as we continue to work.
