Bug Description

Welcome message describes how to post as:

Welcome to the <email address hidden> mailing list!

To post to this list, send your email to:

  <email address hidden>

I think it needs to say:

<email address hidden>

Not sure where this lives.

global: templates/en/subscribeack.txt

per-list: lists/<listname>/en/subscribeack.txt

in this case, the latter has the bug for dlist-test, but given that dlist-test is a scratch list, we probably just want to remember to make sure the real ones are correct on the prod server.

Fixed this. It was that subscribeack-dyn.html was not being used.

I'll go through and clean-up. The whole development vs production turned
out to be something of a bad-idea since updates aren't inherited (something
that I think is really not the best of application behavior).
