Bug Description

Wine installs .desktop files for launching windows apps to ~/.local/share/applications/wine/Programs/*

These should be indexed by Do to allow launching wine apps from Do.

I see this was marked as fix committed, however Do still seems to not index the desktop files for Wine applications as of bzr revno 843 (January 15th, 2009).

Can you tell us the path of your wine dir? This has worked for me for quite a while.

See the path I noted in the original bug report, ~/.local/share/applications/wine/Programs/*.

This is where all of my wine .desktop files are being stored, but Do does not seem to index them for me.

I have a program called "DVD Shrink" installed with wine. I would expect that I would summon Do, and type: "DVD S..." and it would show up, but it doesn't. Nor does it for any other wine app I have installed.
