[bluetooh-properties] drop horizontal layout for vertical layout

Fedora ships a nice patch that reduce the size of vanilla bluetooth-properties and use vertical layout, that personally I prefer over horizontal layout.

I've made available a build of bluez-gnome with the above patch in my ppa if one wants to try

Thank you for your bug report. I agree that it looks nice, but does it make sense to use a vertical layout when most screens are have a more limited vertical space than horizontal space?
