libmp3lame0 package should provide liblame0

Bug Description

Binary package hint: lame

After the reorganisation for this source and package, liblame0 was renamed to libmp3lame0, but the new package does not have 'provides liblame0' set. This causes dependency problems for backports and legacy packages.

I suspect this may be the cause of my mythbuntu/mythvideo problems, as they depend on liblame0.

dependent packages need to be rebuilt. Please file bugs against affected packages.
