Cube keeps autohidden panel from reappearing

Bug Description

I am having and issue where my panel seems to not reappear after autohide, this only happens if I am using the cube. If I disable the cube then it starts to show properly again. Additionally, if I turn autohide off, then I can get to the panel fine, however I do notice that a right click seems to take two clicks.
