Bug Description

I think that most people would want the page title to update to reflect the page name change. Otherwise, we're faced with either the bother of making the same name text change twice or having the title diverge from the page name and causing confusions after page reorganizations. However, a few may not want the update; for example, those wanting a short page name and a longer, more descriptive page title.

This can be done. Not sure if we want an option for this, or always change the title on rename (possibly hooking "undo" to reverse the change).

This is another argument for the changes proposed in bug #269076 to distinguish between "move" and "rename".

On rename page, check if the page starts with a heading and if that heading equals the page name. If so update it to reflect the new page name.
