Bug Description
Binary package hint: pidgin
Whenever a certain friend (buddy of my MSN account) of mine logs in from 2 computers, an MSN Chat window appears with just me and the certain friend twice. The window appears without the friend having the intention to write to me or anything. The window only appears on my screen. If I type in that window, I think the friend sees the messages as if they were coming from a normal chat window with me (not a chat room.... actually i don't know whether MSN messenger makes a difference or not).
This friend told me he recently installed the new MSN messenger client, which has this new feature that you can log on from two or more different machines at a time. This is most probably the key trigger.
I'm using Ubuntu 8.10, recently upgraded from 8.04. I think I have the latest pidgin package from ubuntu's default repo.
