Temporarily untagging, retracing fails with

    File "/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/apt/cache.py", line 177, in _fetchArchives
    if not pm.GetArchives(fetcher, self._list, self._records):
SystemError: E:I wasn't able to locate file for the mesa-utils package. This might mean you need to manually fix this package.

Will investigate later.
