Bug Description

Using Internet Explorer 7.0+ attachments fail to download with the following error message:

"Internet Explorer cannot download <CurrentWikiPageName> from wiki.example.com
Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later."

This is possibly related to IE's "mime-sniffing"[1] as the wiki URLs end with the attachment's file extension.

Steps to reproduce:

 1. Browse to the wiki
 2. Click on an attachment link
     example: http://wiki.example.com/Home?action=AttachFile&do=view&target=ReallyImportantDocument.pdf
 3. See the error message

"Internet Explorer cannot download Home from wiki.example.com [...]"

What is expected (and is reproducible using Firefox):

 1. Browse to the wiki
 2. Click on an attachment link
     example: http://wiki.example.com/Home?action=AttachFile&do=view&target=ReallyImportantDocument.pdf
 3. You should be redirected to a page allowing you to download the attachment
     example: http://wiki.example.com/Home?action=AttachFile&do=get&target=ReallyImportantDocument.pdf
 4. Click on the 'Download' link to download the attachment
