Bug Description
libgomp dynamic-load problem causes PerlMagic to crash with:
PerlMagick: unable to initialize module loader `No such file or directory'.
in /var/log/
This causes the apache process that called perlmagick to be permanently stuck, and eventually results in Apache hitting MaxClients limit, and being unable to serve any requests.
The fix would apear to be in Bug #235070
Fixing this bug is critical to the use of Ubuntu in a server environment.

Shouldn't apache2 and perlmagick also get the bug fix? Patching gcc still leaves a buggy apache2/perlmagick in the LTS server repo until 2013.
