Audio goes insane when hifi EQ low/high freqs are the same

Bug Description

The low and high frequency sliders should have some sort of minimum distance between the two of them. If you set the both to the same value, Mixxx's audio goes insane, as described here:
http://mixxx.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=355

Should be an easy fix, as we already exercise some sort of control on those sliders to stop them from becoming inverted (low must always be <= high currently).
