Bug Description
When attempting to push to a new Subversion branch I get the attached error.
In the failing revision (<email address hidden> available at http://
* comics/ => comics/core/
* comics/bin/ => comics/bin/
To reproduce the error, run the commands at the top of the attached file.

Just as a datapoint, I can reproduce this with bzr 1.9 and bzr-svn 0.4.15 (both from intrepid packages).
(I've also ran into a problem that looked similar to this in the past, but since I don't have the details I know it's just anecdotal.)
