Bug Description
Technisat Cablestar 2 PCI doesn't initialize in Mythbuntu 8.10 even though it is being initialized in Mythbuntu 8.04.1.
From dmesg in Mythbuntu 8.10:

From dmesg in Mythbuntu 8.04.1:
b2c2-flexcop: found the stv0297 at i2c address: 0x1c
