Please backport lightning-extension-locales from intrepid to hardy. It build / install and run well.

This would need a importance set to hight as lightning has been backported in #220166 without locales which breaks all installation for people who have locales installed. locales are rdepends for lightning...

Sorry for insisting, but this breaks almost all my desktop at work due to an error of Ubuntu Backports Team. I have made all the tests. Could some please look at this bug?

I've just build lightning-extension-locales and now lightning works fine with the Italian locale, so, please, backport lightning-extension-locales.
