Bug Description

Currently, Android uses the package name as the name of the application. For example, DroidGap by default is known as com.nitobi.droidgap. This currently needs to be changed before it gets deployed. We need to do the following:

1. Put an article on the Wiki to let people know of this issue
2. Add a script to change the Package Name

The "Refactor" command can change the package name. However, it's not obvious!
