Binary package hint: kiosktool

Please remove kiosktool from Jaunty since it is a KDE3 app with no KDE4 version in sight. (Follow up from a discussion with Harald in #kubuntu-devel)

The KDE 4 port of kiosktool is under active development in SVN - svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/extragear/sysadmin/kiosktool - and some distributions package this version already.
