Bug Description
I have multi-functional device Xerox Workcentre 3119 (Samsung SCX-4200). In Ubuntu 8.04 with driver from the manufacturer it worked fine. (Both printer and scanner worked). Scanner worked only under root, but worked.
After updating to Ubuntu 8.04.1 or to Ubuntu 8.10 (I tried both variants) scanner didn't work anymore. Printer workes fine.
In Xerox (Samsung) Unified Driver Configurator there was no scanners available, but in Ubuntu 8.04 there was Xerox Workcentre 3119 scanner.
That's the trouble. For example, in Fedora 8,9 and 10 scanner works. In Ubuntu 8.04 it also works.
