Bug Description
Binary package hint: konqueror
When I press CTRL and click in a link, konqueror opens a new tab( as expected ) but also activates the keyboard shortcuts( those shortcuts to open links with the keyboard ).
Using kubuntu 8.10 with kde 4.1.3

These shortcuts have been turned off by default for Kubuntu 9.10.
