From your logs:
debconf: DbDriver "config": /var/cache/debconf/config.dat is locked by another process: Resource temporarily unavailable

Looks like another instance of apt-get/aptitude/update-manager was running at the same time. retrying should fix it. If not, please feel free to reopen this bug by clicking on the current status, under the Status column, and change the Status back to "New". Thanks again!
