m4v files are iTunes video files, mainly used by videos from the iTunes store. Identifying them as a MIME type will be important for future efforts to support playing them.
According to Wikipedia, an un-DRMed m4v file should be nearly identical to a .mp4 file, and presumably could be identified using similar magic

According to Apple, the correct MIME type for m4v video should be "video/x-m4v"
