Add MIME type for m4v

Binary package hint: mime-support

Currently, m4v is not defined in mime.types. According to http://developer.apple.com/webapps/designingcontent.php , the mime type for .m4v should be video/x-m4v

This is important for supporting streaming video to iPhone/iPod Touch devices, which are fairly sensitive to correct MIME type.

m4v files are iTunes video files, mainly used by videos from the iTunes store. Identifying them as a MIME type will be important for future efforts to support playing them.

According to Wikipedia, an un-DRMed m4v file should be nearly identical to a .mp4 file, and presumably could be identified using similar magic

According to Apple, the correct MIME type for m4v video should be "video/x-m4v"
