Dead hublists in the client

Bug Description

After looking in DC++ 0.708 and checking the numbers of hublists that are added there, 7, 3 of the hublists are dead and should be removed.

this is the dead lists:

http://hublist.awenet.info/PublicHubList.xml.bz2

One well working hublist is also missing from the list and I suggest it to be added instead of one of the three dead ones:
