my internet download stops (while watching you tube, I see the progress line stops. and it does that in other internet application. with firefox

it happens when i download. I have firestarter and it shows that I don't receive any bits at all. it always stops after a couple of seconds. i would say 60 seconds.

If you're trying to download something and also watch movies on YouTube and maybe have a couple of other things going on - such as a game running in the background then maybe just try closing a lot of the other tasks & all the other tabs. Does that help?
Ok, that was a dumb answer. I think you were really saying that even with only 1 tab open firefox can't play a YouTube video because it doesn't download it? If so you may want to check out some other bug reports because there have been various problems with trying to play YouTube.
