Bug Description
The Weather plugin is nice and sexy but pretty useless if you don't live in Barcelona or are a power user able to change the station by editing Elisa's conf file.
The plugin should add an new entry in the "Settings" section in which users could choose their station.
That would also be a good example of plugin settings code.
