rpm-md not cleaned on update

Bug #302453 reported by Anders F Björklund

Bug Description

Some repodata (rpm-md) channels now have unique filenames, by including a checksum.

When doing an update, Smart doesn't remove the old filename and thus gets two copies.
With each new update, another copy of metadata is stored and the old one is "leaked".

When uncompressed the metadata is hundreds of megabytes, so it quickly fills up...
