thunderbird 2.0.0.18 cannot reply/forward emails

When I'm trying to reply or forward emails, Thunderbird displaying error message instead of opening "Email Compose" window

Thunderbird cannot reply to messages giving error message in window instead:

That happened straight after the upgrade to Thunderbird 2.0.0.18

please make sure that you properly restarted thunderbird after upgrade. restart your system if in doubt.
