Running Ubuntu 8.10 AMD 64 with KDE 4.1
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new gnucash file
2. select "File - Export - Export to QSF XML" (translated from German)
3. move the mouse over the calendar
If I use the keyboard to select "export", it works fine, so it seems to be the calendar widget.

Thank you for your bug report! I confirm that this bug is reproducible and I also attach a complete backtrace and valgrind for gnucash developers. I'll also look to forward this upstream if the bug isn't already reported.
