Bug Description
I'm using the latest dapper and ubuntu-desktop installed ekiga. When I went to run it crashed without error. I then opened it in a terminal and saw it was missing libopal. I then installed libopal-

Which version of ubuntu-desktop does this affect, and can you reproduce it on another computer?
Hopefully the package just got missed off and it's easy to fix...
