Bug Description
When my SIP-provider disconnects me, Ekiga should try to re-connect to the server (so I can be reached again).
Currently, the 'Registered accounts' drops to 0, and the 'Connected' flag in the Accounts window stays on -- and I can't make/take calls.

Also, the status icon in the notification area doesn't change when this status changes to disconnected...
