Bug Description
When calling gnome-nettool from the command line, the window opens, but closes in less that one second, with the following message:
*** glibc detected *** free (): invalid pointer: 0x08217d00
I am using Breezy, and the official 1.4.1-0ubuntu1 package. I tried the Dapper package as well; it had a couple of broken dependencies, but it died in a similar way.
Is there a good way for me to produce a more useful error report?

Me too.
If calling from the command line, I get:
***glibc detected *** free(): invalid pointer: 0x08332e00 ***
If calling from gnome desktop, window closes unexpectedly without error.
I'm using Dapper, updated and upgraded to latest releases. (as at Apr 10 21:50:00 UTC 2006).
