Bug Description
Binary package hint: transmission
The point is, when I try to write one new ip in the web configuration tab, there is no option. I tried all the combinations with the mouse, and writing the number directly with any luck. I can add or delete ips, but i can chage them.

This is fixed in 1.40 as a side-effect of the changes made for upstream ticket #1309.
