system-settings in kubuntu doesn't show every kde control part

Bug Description

Hi

System-settings in kubuntu dapper doesn't show all configuration modules from kcontrol. I'm quite a few of them: the one to configure the path, theme manager, etc.

Is this a feature or a bug?

It's a feature. I'm not sure why you'd need to configure your paths. The theme manager one could go back if it was changed to not be able to launch all other appearance modules itself.

Only one big problem:

I really miss the file partitioning tool. It can't be found anywhere in KDE4 Kubuntu 8.04. It was in the system settings in earlier versions and this is the place where it should still be!
