Ekiga doesn't depend on libopal-2.2.0 but does need it!

ekiga: error while loading shared libraries: libopal.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

After installing libopal-2.2.0 this doesn't happen anymore.

This fix is not correct. It's a problem with the shlibs file of opal
relevant part of the buildlog of ekiga below

Thanks for the patch, but the problem is in opal. We're not going to add static library depends to ekiga.
