Enigmail does not prompt for phrase to decrypt or encrypt mail

Bug Description

Binary package hint: enigmail

Clean installation of Intrepid does not prompt for pass-phrase when decrypting email. Same problem with sending an encrypted message.

Versions: Ubuntu 8.10
 enigmail 2:0.95.0-0ubuntu5
 thunderbird 2.0.0.17+nobinonly-0ubuntu1
 seahorse 2.24.1-0ubuntu1

Seahorse is running:
$ ps -eal | grep seah
1 S 1000 6024 5949 0 80 0 - 4538 poll ? 00:00:00 seahorse-agent

The error shown for decryption is:
OpenPGP Security Info

Error - decryption failed

gpg command line and output:

This indicated an invalid path in ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf, commenting out the path and restarting Thunderbird fixed the issue.

I'm closing this bug because the gpg.conf file came from a gutsy installation.
