Acer Aspire 5050-3284 acpi bug

I install Intrepid in my Acer Aspire 5050-3284:
AMD Turion 64 MK-38 (2,2GHz, 512KB L2 Cache)
ATI Radeon Xpress 1100
802,11b/g WLAN
and wired LAN using the driver RTL-8139/8139C/8139C+

With the version of Intrepid kernel 2.6.27-6-generic #1 SMP Tue Oct 7 04:15:23 UTC 2008 x86_64 GNU/Linux and the older versions, works perfectly.

The newer versions just work with the option "acpi=off noacpi" in the kernel parameters line in boot, and the wired and wireless lan does not work, if I start without "acpi=off noacpi" the boot stop with no messages and I have to shutdown in power button.

What data can I send to help to solve the problem? I send dmesg in kernel 2.6.27-6-generic below, Thanks.

Hello friend, I am having the same problem, my notebook is the same configuration of his and he is locked in the boot, I do not know more what I was doing in various forums and is not very advanced and I wanted to place the 8 for ubuntu rotate. Thanks!

Install the new kernel 2.6.28, I installed the Kubuntu 9.04 beta 5 and
works fine.
