when I am watching a video in ubuntu intrepid at any format or even flash video on line the video becomes like slow motion, the sound too.

What kind of graphic card driver do you use?
Could you open a terminal, enter these lines:
lspci | grep VGA
glxinfo | grep rendering
And post the results here?
Have you been able to watch videos with older versions of ubuntu or other operating systems?
