Running screen returns an error

Bug Description
When I run screen, pauses for about two seconds, then writes "Could not write /var/run/utmp: Interrupted system call" at the bottom of the screen, then continues.
It works properly, other than the two second pause and that message. Not sure if there's any other information needed.
