Bug Description
Both the i386 install and i386 live startups hang at "Starting hotplug subsystem..." on a WinBook model 710.

I'm having this same problem with the x86-64 install CD for 5.10 on a Pentium 4 system. Nothing special about the board. Just an ABIT IL8.
