Bug Description

The xvattr package in breezy (and I guess dapper as well) fails to build from source on i386 because of a missing build depency on libxv-dev.

However one thing I don't get is that for some reason it did build on amd64 without the libxv-dev build depency according to the build logs (http://people.ubuntu.com/~lamont/buildLogs/x/xvattr/1.3-0.2/).
