Doesn't build on dapper

Current trunk (r73) doesn't build on dapper:

dh_install: landscape-common missing files (usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/*), aborting
make: *** [binary-indep] Error 1

dapper doesn't have python2.5: it's 2.4 there. This seems to come from landscape-common.install:
usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/*
usr/bin/landscape-sysinfo

Ok, I've

- fixed the dependencies of python libraries on dapper < X < intrepid,
- got rid of feisty stuff
- and changed some intrepid-specific control lines to only appear in intrepid (to resolve a couple warnings)

Okay, I've also changed it so XB-Python-Version is also included in hardy.

and updated autogenerated files to be based on intrepid and 1.0.23
