browsing files with maximize window does not work

is very easy to play.
Just open brasero full screen and do research with double-click on folders.
the problem that is created is a shift vericale windows. each double-click to enter a folder produces a displacement of up and down without allowing to enter the folder.
I have ubuntu intredip on Lenovo Thinkpad T60 with this hardware: (T5500 (1.66GHz), 1GB RAM, 80GB 5400rpm HD, 14.1in 1024x768 LCD, Intel 950, CDRW / DVDRW, Intel 802.11abg wireless, Bluetooth / Modem, 1Gb Ethernet, UltraNav, Secure chip, Fingerprint reader, 6c Li-Ion bat).
It might be compiz?
I do not know.

That works fine here, could you take an screenshot of the issue? you get that while browsing files in which mode? please tell us a few easy steps in order to reproduce that behavior, thanks in advance.
