Bug Description

I have a couple of web pages that look fine on my lap top using WinXP with firefox and Internet Explorer. I even hooked up my monitor to the laptop and the pages look fine there, so we can eliminate the monitor or different screen resolution. This is not the first time that I have had trouble with <div> tag with absolute positioning. I solved the other time by going back to Tables which is obsolete.
