Bug Description
Invitation e-mails contain an incorrect URL. E.g.
You've been invited to the following Hardware Certification account:
Canonical Ltd
Please visit the following URL to accept or reject this invitation:
https:/
Thank you for taking the time to process this invitation.
The URL should be singular (i.e. "invitation") instead of plural.
